Description The existing roof system is a 24 inch pan roof. The Town of Front Royal is requesting bids from qualified and experienced vendors for the roof replacement of the Sign Shop. The Sign Shop includes approximately two-thousand two-hundred (2,200) square feet of roof with six hundred (600) feet of wall flashing The selected Contractor will be required to furnish provide all permits, materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for the roof replacement on the Sign Shop. Some of the items included are: 1. Removal of existing roofing ballast, roofing membrane, and all flashing. A complete removal of materials down to the existing structural wooden deck is required. Dumpsters will be provided by the Town for disposal. 2. Install high temperature 40ml underlay to entire roof surface. 3. Install a new metal 26 gauge galvanized metal mill finish; 21 inch or 17 inch pans; double seamed, one-inch standing seam reveal with two factory boots on roof. Currently, roof has three boots installed; one boot will need to be removed by contractor.
