| Description | Seeks proposals from qualified companies that provide construction inspection services for all phases of natural gas distribution operations. NPU currently provides natural gas to approximately 9,700 customers in Norwich and Preston through four primary pressure classes ranging from 21 in wc MAOP to 199 psi MAOP. Inspectors will be required to inspect and document the work of internal and contractor crews performing maintenance, replacement and/or new construction projects involving a variety of pipe materials and functions. |
