Description | UDOT will be relocating an ATMS hub (12X16’ at 9’ high roughly 54,000 pounds) from its current location, 280 N 100 W, Kamas UT, to the junction of US-40 and I-80. Before the building can be relocated, a smooth, level base, made of compacted UTBC, a minimum of 6” thick must be installed at the relocation sight. Also, the remaining area from US-40 edge of pavement to the building will need 3” of UTBC for vehicle parking. The building will be placed with the doorway facing South. There is an opening in the bottom of the building, almost on the North wall, that will require a power conduit to be stubbed into it. A type V fiber vault will need to be installed and the 4D conduits stubbed into the building also. The hole will then need to be sealed with grout as per UDOT standards. There are some conduit entry ports near the ceiling that need to be sealed and the area insulated. |
