Pest Control IDIQ

A licensed pest-control Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials unless noted otherwise to perform pest-control service for all Lower Colorado Basin Regional Office Buildings for the Bureau of Reclamation, Boulder City, NV, as described later in this performance work statement. Pest-control service shall include control of common vertebrates and invertebrates normally found in the local area including but not limited to ants, roaches, silverfish, rats, mice, spiders, scorpions, and other insects, etc. Special pest-control services for less commonly occurring insects, reptiles, rodents and animals, and invasive or noxious plants are excluded from this contract but may be required under a separate contract or by modification at a later date, if needed.
