Description The project consists of a new surface parking lot at the vacant County-Owned parcel south of the HMAC Administration Building. The new construction area is approximately 28,525sf. The new parking lot will connect to the existing parking lot at the northwest corner of the site. The scope includes parking for a total of 44 vehicles with 27 of the parking spaces being covered by steel parking canopies. The parking canopies will have under-canopy lighting. There will also be new landscaping and a new site wall to secure the new parking lot.
