Florence Caliche Road and Parking Lot

New caliche road and parking lot at the Florence Tactical Training Center. 1. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope for Installing a Caliche Road and Parking area. 2. Install a Caliche Road Base and Parking area as designated on Appendix (1) 3. Caliche base should be no less than 6” inches compressed to no lower the 4” Inches. 4. Obstructions of material to be removed by blading or plowing. 5. Grade to provide proper drainage. 6. See attached drawing Appendix (1) for layout and description of Road and Parking area. 7. Remove and properly dispose of all debris. 8. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project. 9. Provide a minimum One Year warranty on all Material and Labor.
