Jay Street Sldewalk and Curb Replacement

The Contractor shall perform and guarantee everything required to be performed or guaranteed and shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and know how to construct and complete in workmanlike manner the above project. Jay Street Sldewalk and Curb Replacement This project consists of all labor and material to remove and replace existing curbs and sidewalks on both sides of Jay Street, including ADA compliant ramps at intersections, from Markland Avenue to Virginia Street. Each bid shall be submitted on a BOW Approved Bid Form, a copy which may be obtained at the Board of Works' Office and a Financial Statement. The BOW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in submitting a bid, whichever is in the best interest of the City of Kokomo. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to the contract amount before commencing work.
