| Description | DSU is requesting quotes for the purchase and installation of Rubber Flooring Short Description: DSU is asking vendors for quotes to supply and install new rubber flooring in our Human Performance Center located in the lower level of Wienbergen Hall, 1104 2nd Street West, Dickinson, ND 58601 Dickinson State University is informally inviting vendors to provide pricing and installation of rubber flooring in the Human Performance Center located at Lower Wienbergen Gym, 1104 2nd Street West, Dickinson, ND 58601. The successful party would be required to provide and install flooring as well as furnish all tools, material, labor and supervision. Disposal of the current flooring will be the responsibility of the owner. The deadline for questions is March 31, 2023 and the closing deadline is April 4 th ,2023. Installation must take place between May 15 th , 2023 and June 2 nd 2023. If the installation date cannot be met, please contact the owner by calling 701-502-4418. 1. Supply and install 3,312 square feet of 1" Regupol AktivPro - Avalanche Grey or equivalent. 2. Supply and install 10 (ten) Inlaid platform w/logo. Logo specs Owner Provided. 3. Supply and install 256 feet of 4" black wall cove base. By submitting a bid response, the bidder agrees to sell, furnish, and deliver to Dickinson State University (DSU) all commodities and services contained in this invitation for Bid for which a contract is awarded by DSU. The Bidder will fully perform the contract in accordance with all specifications, terms and conditions, and requirements contained in the Invitation for Bid and will comply with all applicable provisions of the North Dakota Century Code Chapters 54-44.4, 43-07 and 44-8 made a part of the Invitation for Bid and contract by reference. 1.
