It shall be the responsibility of the Offerors, including Offerors whose product is referenced, to furnish with the bid /quote such specifications, catalog pages, brochures or other data as applicable that will provide an adequate basis for determining the equality and functional capabilities of the product offered if the product is a substitution for the requested brand name and model number. |
