Cut-off Date for Q &A: September 13, 2023 - 5:00 PM ET Local Time All questions concerning this Small Procurement Solicitation shall be directed to the Procurement Officer listed on the key information summary sheet. The Contractor shall isolate and turn off the water main at the street any time work is being completed to the pressure reducing station (PRS) and associated parts and piping. The Contractor shall coordinate isolating and turning off water with the Contract Manager or facility site Designee. The Maryland Military Department (MMD or Department) is soliciting bids to procure the following: Remove and dispose of existing and replace with new boiler room pressure reducing station (PRS) that includes pressure reducing valves (PRV's), gate valves, ball valves, pressure gauges and copper pipe. All work must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days and according to National Standard Plumbing Code (NSPC) and International Plumbing Code (IPC).
