Chugach View-Manor Auxiliary Power

The scope of work (services) outlined under the terms of this Contract includes all necessary and required permits, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and transportation (including travel expenses), for the work. All work required under this Contract shall be performed and completed as outlined in the Scope of Work. Alaska Housing Finance Corporation is seeking bids for the Chugach View-Manor Auxiliary Power Project's located at 1281 E. 19th Avenue for Chugach Manor and 1280 E.17th Avenue for Chugach View; Project goals are to install new 175KW generators (1) at each site prepare for and make operational. (See attached.) The Generators should be of new materials that are durable and easy to repair if damaged, and create a look that is appropriate for the surrounding area. AHFC is seeking bids for Chugach View-Manor Auxiliary Power as outlined in the Summary of Work/Specifications. Anticipated Period of Performance - Begin thru End: Chugach View must be completed no later than June 1, 2023. Chugach Manor must be done at the same period if possible.
