Lewis & Clark Parking Lot Reconstruction

Northwest College reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities if deemed in the best interest of the Owner. No bid may be considered unless accompanied by the required bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount, which amount shall be forfeited if the bidder is awarded the Contract and fails to enter into a Contract with the Owner. Successful bidder will be required to provide payment and performance bonds in an amount of at least 100% of awarded contract price Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-106, preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. ENGINEER'S OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COSTS: $800,000 to $ 900,000 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Question Deadline 04/06/2023 Work of the Project includes: 1. Demolition of the existing asphalt parking lot and ancillary areas serving the Lewis & Clark Hall, and Vehicle Maintenance building. 2. Reconstruction of the parking lot and accesses. 3. Construction of new storm drain. 4. Construction of new exterior lighting, fed from improvements within the Vehicle Maintenance building. 5. Other improvements including fencing, striping, signage, wheel stops, etc.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
