Springfield Water Lab Flooring Replacement

Upgrade of flooring at JEA’s Springfield Water Lab located at 1002 N Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. Remove existing vinyl flooring in sections starting with all of the white hallways followed by Rooms 115,116,117,128,130,131, 137, 138, 139 and 140. This includes flooring, curbing 4” up walls with top trim to maintain sealed flooring throughout the first floor laboratory areas and hallways. Replace damaged sub flooring as required. Rm 131 has been noted having subfloor damage. Plastic Isolation/Dust curtains need to be installed between work spaces and operating Labs where door can not be used for isolation. Rooms to be completed will depend on the bids provided by vendors. Armstrong Medintone Commercial Vinyl Sheet Flooring will be installed to match existing flooring colors or as selected by JEA Staff. The intent is to limit to white and grey colors for flooring (shades to be determined) unless variance is requested. If a variance is requested any modifications to flooring will be selected by Lab Managers.
