The intent of this project is to renovate the facades to address the existing “SWARMP” conditions and make the building facades “SAFE”. The main scope of work includes: Spalled concrete patch repair, concrete crack repair, spalled or/and cleaning and coating of exposed steel reinforcement, sealant replacement and guardrails and exposed steel repainting.
