Description

Plans include the demolition of a vacant industrial building and construction of a five-story, luxury mixed-use building that will serve as Transit Oriented Development. The proposed building will have parking that will include electrical car chargers at all eight parking spaces and commercial space on the ground floor, with eight two bedroom residential units on floors two trough five. A recreation room and roof terrace are also proposed for the use of residents, together with a green roof area and solar panels. Bicycle storage will be provided at the back of the property. As of August 20,2020 this project received site plan approval from the Village of Pelham Planning Board. The project recently went before the Architectural Review Board. Building permits have not been applied for. An architect and general contractor have been selected, but the companies have not been disclosed.
