Metzler Ranch Park Dugout Construction

Construction of dugout structures at Metzler Ranch Park located at 4175 Trail Boss Drive. The Property is owned by the Town of Castle Rock. The project includes the supply and installation of 8 dugout shelters of differing sizes to fit within the existing chain link dugouts. Modification of existing fencing as required and the installation of foundations is also included in the work. Contractor will be responsible for all engineering, permits and other work needed to complete the project. The construction services for this work shall include but not be limited to: • Manage all construction activities while constructing the designed improvements. • Coordinate all deliveries and storage to minimize disturbance. • Create a safe and secure work environment. • Coordinate all work as to create a flow and most efficient way for productivity. • Work closely with Town departments/utility companies and agencies. • Work described in the attached scope

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
