| Description | As of January 9, 2023, all bids have been received. An awarded contractor has not been disclosed. There have been updated plans for the Superstar Car Wash at 20 Mile. There was an email sent out stating. "During an RFI it was discovered there was Keynotes calling out pages that did not exist- attached and in the files is the updated plan set with these key notes fixed." Please review and confirm for accuracy. The project consists of minor site demo, grading, utilities and constructing a new carwash with all associated site work per plans and specifications. All underground for Carwash / Vacuum Equipment to be supplied and installed by GC. SSCW Vendor will install Carwash / Vacuum Equipment with GC coordination and final connections for MEP. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
