Eccles Concert Hall Acoustic Repair and Upgrade

The University intends to work with a qualified vendor who can provide services to replace 6 operating lines for the acoustic curtain panels in the Eccles Concert Hall utilizing the existing track & curtain, mount mechanical install of motor operators to these 6 lines and install control panel for the motor operators with 6 sets of "openclose-stop" push buttons. 6/29/22 @ 3:00pm - Question deadline (all questions must be submitted electronically on U3P) Vendor is required to work with the University Department to determine project timeline, but we are expecting the project completion date to be; no later than, 01/06/2023. The University has the right to accept or reject any proposal for any reason; however, it is always in the best interest of the University to seek after the best value and select the company that is most advantageous to the University.
