Description

This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to demolish and remove a two-story house and widely scattered debris at the properties known as Shortall House. The proposed project shall include, but is not limited to the following: a. Remove and properly dispose of the main building and widely scattered debris to a distance of 50’ (fifty feet) from the listed property, including the abandonment of fuel tanks, septic tanks, and wells. Removal of driveways is not included in the project. >1% Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) have been found in the house and will need to be properly removed in accordance with the specifications. b. Site restoration and stabilization, including all needed fill, rough grading, topsoil, and final grading; and establishment of vegetative cover at all work-related, site disturbances.
