Asbestos was not encountered in any of the suspect building materials likely to be impacted by the proposed improvements. Lead was present only in low concentrations in the paints to be impacted. The asbestos and lead-in-paint re-inspection was performed to ensure that the previouslysampled suspect asbestos homogenous areas (HAs) and paint HAs are still present and that there are no new suspect materials or paints that will be impacted by the planned renovations
