Provide all labor, materials, parts, supervision, equipment, insurance, permits, etc., necessary to provide repair, adjustments, emergency service, and preventive maintenance to include inspecting and testing and to keep and maintain in good working order of all MDTA-owned Propane Tanks throughout all MDTA facilities listed in Appendix 6.
