Description

The project consists of the abandonment in place of one 10,000 gallon underground storage tank (USTs), numbered 3, at the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) Eastern Pre-Release Unit located in Church Hill Maryland. Tank #3 is a 10,000- gallon bare steel UST installed in 1964 and contains unknown amounts of water and sludge. The location of the DPSCS Eastern Pre-Release Unit and tank is shown on the attachments.
