Furnish and Install Asphaltic Concrete Paving at Select Locations

To provide all the labor, supervision, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, permits, transportation, utilities, and other incidentals required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary for the proper execution of the work unless specifically noted otherwise. The Contractor shall perform all the work as related to supplying and installing City designated areas of asphaltic concrete paving for the select roadways. All locations may be paved during daytime hours with the exception NW California Boulevard. This portion of the project must be completed solely between the hours of 9:00 PM and 6:00AM, Sunday through Thursday. The Contractor must have all the required licenses and certifications necessary to perform this work and must be prequalified by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in Flexible Pavement and Hot Plant Mixed Bituminous Course for this type of work. A copy of said certification is to be submitted with the Bid Documents. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to verify with the City of Port St. Lucie Building Department that their current license allows them to perform this work prior to submitting a bid.
