The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals, waive any informalities and award contracts, which in their judgment may be in the best interest of the Board of Education. Bidders are to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1. et seq.
