Design Services for 2023 Capital Projects

G. Auditorium & Gymnasium Upgrades Package #23007: This project will consist of various upgrades to the described spaces at two or more of the district’s facilities. The anticipated project budget is $1.5 - $1.7M. The lead firm will be a Licensed Architect. H. Model Classroom Pilot Program #23008: This project will consist of working with the district’s Academics and Facilities teams to identify up to 4 sites where existing classroom spaces can be reprogrammed to more closely align to current pedagogical philosophy and model the District’s Portrait of a Graduate attributes. The anticipated project budget is $900,000 - $1M. The lead firm will be a Licensed Architect. I. Security Vestibule Upgrades Package #23009: This project will consist of studying 7 existing district academic facilities that do not presently have a security vestibule as part of their visitor management system. The anticipated project budget is $600 - 700k. The lead firm will be a Licensed Architect. J. Fire Alarm Upgrades Package #23010: This project will consist of making fire alarm upgrades at 4 academic facilities with existing systems that are at the end of their anticipated useful life. The anticipated project budget is $440-480k. The lead firm will be a Licensed Engineer. K. Loose Furnishings Renewal Program #23011: This project will consist of working with the district’s Academics and Facilities teams to identify a strategy to begin to renew the district’s academic furnishings in a comprehensive, multi-year program. The anticipated project budget is $1,150,000. The lead firm will be a Licensed Architect or Interior Designer.
