KDOT Project No. AV-2024-26 (DESIGN) KDOT Project No. AV-2024-90 (CONSTRUCTION) Base Bid Install New 6,000 Gallon AST 100LL AvGas Fuel Storage and Delivery System Remove Existing Above-Ground AvGas Fuel Delivery System Add Alternate Remove Existing UST AvGas Fuel Tank and Pave Concrete Apron Questions concerning the Plans and Specifications for this project should be directed to Matt Jacobs, PE at H.W. Lochner's Office in Lenexa, Kansas at (816) 945-5840. Timetables: Goals for minority participation for each trade: 5.7% (Hamilton County) Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% Contract Time - The following is applicable to both project award scenarios: The owner has established a contract performance time of one hundred fifty (150) calendar days for submittals and material procurement from the date of the Notice-to-Proceed for PROCUREMENT. If the Base Bid is only awarded, the owner has established a contract performance time of fifty-five (55) calendar days for all construction activities from the date of the Notice-to-Proceed for CONSTRUCTION. Phase 1 shall be completed in fifty (50) calendar days or less and Phase 2 shall be completed in five (5) calendar days or less. If the Base Bid and Add Alternate are awarded, the owner has established a contract performance time of ninety-five (95) calendar days for all construction activities from the date of the Notice-to-Proceed for CONSTRUCTION. Phase 1 shall be completed in fifty (50) calendar days or less and Phase 2 shall be completed in forty-five (45) calendar days or less.
