Timetables: Goals for minority participation for each trade: 5.7% (Hamilton County) Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% Contract Time - The following is applicable to both project award scenarios: The owner has established a contract performance time of one hundred fifty (150) calendar days for submittals and material procurement from the date of the Notice-to-Proceed for PROCUREMENT. If the Base Bid is only awarded, the owner has established a contract performance time of fifty-five (55) calendar days for all construction activities from the date of the Notice-to-Proceed for CONSTRUCTION. Phase 1 shall be completed in fifty (50) calendar days or less and Phase 2 shall be completed in five (5) calendar days or less. If the Base Bid and Add Alternate are awarded, the owner has established a contract performance time of ninety-five (95) calendar days for all construction activities from the date of the Notice-to-Proceed for CONSTRUCTION. Phase 1 shall be completed in fifty (50) calendar days or less and Phase 2 shall be completed in forty-five (45) calendar days or less.
