| Description | The contractor shall provide full preventative maintenance and repair services for all vertical transportation equipment for the University of South Carolina Upstate campus (University). USC Upstate reserves the right to alter, add to or deduct vertical transportation units for new constructions, buildings that are leased by the University or buildings that go offline throughout the contract. Any unit added or deleted from said list will result in an equitable adjustment to the Contract price. If added, the price will be negotiated by the parties. If a unit is deleted, the price as then in effect on said individual unit (s) will be prorated over the remainder of the contract period and so subtracted from the contractual amount due under this contract. |
