Description | MARC will receive sealed bids until the above time, at the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) office at 600 NE Colbern Rd., Lees Summit, Missouri 64086 (contact Ray Webb for call in details) for the Operation Green Light Traffic Signal Enhancement project (the Project) including work to be performed at various intersections in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan The work under this contract shall consist of installation of closed-circuit cameras, traffic signal controllers and traffic signals detection in seven municipal jurisdictions and on MoDOT Right of Way. The contract includes listed items and peripherals needed to support the above-mentioned equipment. All equipment and materials are necessary for the Mid-AmericaRegional Council (MARC) OGL system to add to or maintain operations that will enhance the existing system operations including repair, restoration, and replacement of existing areas or features that are disturbed during the construction activities. The proposed work, hereinafter called the work, includes: Work under this project includes furnishing all specified materials, equipment, labor, and supervision for the installation of closed-circuit television cameras, traffic signal controllers and traffic signal detection and necessary equipment such as cables and connections and other appurtenances to support installation including repair, restoration and other existing areas or features that are disturbed during the construction, or other construction activities. The bidder agrees that, should the bidder fail to complete the work in the time specified or such additional time as may be allowed by the engineer under the contract, the amount of liquidated damages to be recovered in accordance with Sec 108 shall be as follows All questions concerning the bid document preparation can be directed to Ray Webb at (816) 701-8358.
