Description

The replacement of the Outside air Unit at the Community Development Building. It is located at 295 Riverside Circle. This project is to remove the existing Outside air unit, Purchase and install with an AAON self-contained unit that is specified in the bid document. Remove existing OA unit and properly dispose of. Purchase and install specified new unit. Provide start up and provide overview of installation and maintenance procedures to City Staff. Installation, Operation and Maintenance manual shall be supplied with the unit. Installing contractor shall install unit, including field installed components, in accordance with Installation, Operation and Maintenance manual instructions.
