Description Proposals for the installation and delivery of self-provisioned Dark Fiber Optics connections that support 40Gigabit per second to various locations listed: 1. From the Montello Reservoir Site (532 East Ave.) to the Central Avenue Pumping Station (20 Central Ave.) with 6 pair of single mode fiber optic cable installed and terminated in a 12U lockable wall mounted rack enclosure with a properly sized fiber optic distribution (Patch)panel at each location. Location of said rack and distribution panel to be determined by city staff. 2. From Webber Avenue Tank Site (389 Webber Ave.) to Public Works (101 Adams Ave.) with 6 pair of single mode fiber optic cable installed and terminated in a 12U lockable wall mounted rack enclosure with a properly sized fiber optic distribution (Patch) panel at each location. Location of said rack and distribution panel to be determined by city staff. 3. From Ferry Road Tank Site (55 Ferry Road) to Public Works (101 Adams Avenue) with 6 pair of single mode fiber optic cable installed and terminated in a 12U lockable wall mounted rack enclosure with a properly sized fiber optic distribution (Patch)panel at each location. Location of said rack and distribution panel to be determined by city staff. 4. From Public Works (101 Adams Ave.) to City Hall (27 Pine Street) with 24 pair of single mode fiber optic cable installed and terminated in a 12U lockable wall mounted rack enclosure with a properly sized fiber optic distribution (Patch) panel at each location. Location of said rack and distribution panel to be determined by city staff.
