A site visit is required to bid on this project. -The Perry Park Center will not be closed during this project. -Advance notice is required for areas that will need to be closed off for installation of flooring. -This project will be done in phases, only Phase 1 will be completed at this time. -Phase 1 flooring area is listed below Phase 1 area that requires flooring: -Perry Park Center main entry vestibule area -Perry Park Center main entry area hallway -Theater hallway -Theater front entry -Meeting room -Operations office -Center stairway - all steps and landing -North and east stairwell - all steps and landings -Main hallway that houses the concession stand -Round edge under handrails center stairway
