| Description | Project consists of stripping off the existing roofing to concrete deck, recycling/disposing of material in on-site container provided by roofing contractor at HG&E specified designated area. Contractor shall mechanically attach pressure treated wood blocking on top of all parapet walls, adhere one layer of ´poly-iso to the concrete decking followed by the installation of a fully adhere .060 EPDM roofing system adhering membrane up and over parapet walls. Contractor shall fabricate and install 24 gauge Kynar coated gravel stops on all sides. Contractor shall adhere 1/2´per foot crickets between drains on south side and sumps to the four scuppers and re-flash the four existing scuppers. |
