| Description | Convert south loading dock of Clark Hall to new primary entrance for College of Health Sciences (currently School of Health Professions), including landscaping and asphalt overlay of a portion of the southern parking lot. Renovate approximately 15,000 sf on first floor to include creation of three classrooms, new entrance lobby, student workspace, and two new restrooms. Light renovation to the Combs Language Preschool.
