Broadview Senior Learning Community At Purchase College

The project is a Senior Living Community located on the SUNY Purchase Campus. The community will consist of four parts: two apartment buildings composed of 174 independent living units, a linked building with 36 assisted living suites and 32 memory care suites, and a linked commons building. The AL & MC is a 2 story, fully sprinkled building with an attic cross space, that will provide access to the roof wells. The Memory Care Component of this building is designed to have 3 smoke compartments and a link has been provided to create a cover connection to the commons building. This project will consist of the the construction of 46 new Villa Units consisting of 20 single units and 26 Duplex units.
