Description

The Scope of Work includes: Grade and excavate down 6 inches and haul in 1” minus for a 2 inch compacted base. Saw cut for expansion joints. Install expansion joints every 20 feet. Haul of Debris. Back fill the walkway and seed and straw. Must have ADA walkway installed from paved parking lot to walkway. Construct a 12 X 12 foot pavilion on existing concrete pad. Contractor to provide all permits and inspections.
