12th Street Improvements and Water Line Replacement

Sealed proposals for furnishing all materials, labor and equipment for the following described work. Project consists of roadway improvements for 660 linear feet along 12th St and matching intersecting streets in Elma, Washington. These improvements include roadway excavation; removal of existing storm utilities, catch basin and storm drain piping installations; installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps; removing and replacing guardrail; HMA Pavement; signing and striping, and roadway restoration, as shown on the Plans and as specified herein. Schedule B: Installation of approximately 320 linear feet of 4-inch water main, 370 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 130 linear feet of 10-inch water main, 2 fire hydrants, 1 Combination Air and Vacuum Assembly, 1 Blowoff Assembly, water services, valves, fittings and appurtenances, abandonment or removal of existing water utilities, and restoration along 12th Street.
