Roof Repairs - Canaveral National Seashore

Roof Repairs-Canaveral NS Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and incidentals necessary to repair three damaged roofs within Canaveral National Seashore (CANA), a unit of the National Park Service (NPS), Appollo District (AD) in Volusia County, New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Offers must be submitted via email to Mary_Stefanos@nps.gov. Ensure you completed blocks 14 through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing. (DEADLINE: 10am (EDT) on June 14, 2023) This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238160. The small business standard is $19M. The cost range is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. All eligible responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the National Park Service, however offerors that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFP due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
