RFQ Engineering - Sidewalk Gap Closure Phase 6

Project services will include preparation of bid documents, CTRMA and TxDOT coordination including all documents and plans necessary to obtain any required CTRMA and TxDOT approval, TDLR registration and review, bid and construction phase services including field engineering and review and approval of construction submittals, identification of utilities and conflicts, required utility adjustments, coordination with utility companies and attending utility coordination meetings, preparation of metes and bounds documents to accompany the recordation of any required pedestrian access easement, and any other items necessary to successfully develop the project. Firms are asked to submit a statement of qualifications which includes their experience with field engineering design of similar size projects using IDIQ contracts.
