Description

The project is briefly described as follows: In general, the improvements on which bids are requested will require the placement of 9,733 gallons of asphaltic armor coat binder (CRS-2P), 373 ton of armor coat aggregate, and other incidentals as indicated in the Contract Documents. The Owner will supply the aggregate which will be stockpiled at 1st and Ella Streets. Bidder agrees that the Work shall be completed and ready for final payment within seven (7) consecutive calendar days thereafter, or August 1, 2023, whichever comes first. If the Contractor decides to request a start date in the month of June 2023, all work on this project will be suspended during the Homestead Days celebration, June 21st -25th. All lanes of traffic shall be open during this time. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 1, 2023
