Description

Vendors to address the entire surface system and provide a surface free from cracks that handles the harsh desert conditions. The ideal solution is to overlay a cushion system over the existing concrete and resurface as necessary. The resurfacing would go over existing concrete surface, (not full removal and rebuild) and vendors should know there are some challenging drainage issues and current concrete is post-tension. Note that we are seeking a system to go over the existing slab, not a full rebuild of the concrete. An overlay system that will work on top of existing slab, a crack refill and resurface has not been working.
