On-Call Roofing Contractor Services

Previous project relevant work history must be submitted demonstrating the range of work listed below. Limiting it to a small selection that does not show the desired diversification required can affect a Company’s prequalification into the program. The Roofing Contractor shall have the ability and experience to self-perform: 1. General roof removal, repair, installation 2. Evaluation of existing in-place roofing systems. 3. Installation, repair and/or replacement of membrane, fluid-applied, metal, wood shake, architectural sheet metal and shingle roofing systems 4. Installation, repair and/or replacement of slate shingle roofing systems including salvage and restoration 5. Installation, repair and/or replacement of metal/membrane flashing and counter-flashing systems 6. Insulation associated with new and repaired roofing systems 7. Installation, repair and/or replacement of roofing accessories including eave and roof vents, roof drains, terminations bars, snow guards, equipment curbs, sealants, adhesives, etc. 8. Installation, repair and/or replacement of various types of gutter systems 9. Installation, repair and/or replacement of plaza waterproofing systems including plaza drains, termination bars, equipment curbs, sills and thresholds, sealants, adhesives, etc. and other work associated with this system 10. Abatement and disposal of hazardous materials.
