Description

As of July 29 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established . Improvements to various parking lots, roadways and walkways on the Chicago State University Campus - including HMA roadway, pathway and parking lot pavement removal and replacement, sidewalk removal/regrading/replacement, new underdrains, new ADA signing/striping, curb and gutter removal and replacement, supplemental drainage structures/sewer, and new pavement striping. Bid security must be submitted with each bid equal to 10% of the base bid and must be in the form of a CDB bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or bank draft. Refer to Article 00 43 13 of the Standard Documents for Construction. 25% MBE, 5% WBE, 2% VBE/PBE.
