| Description | The City is seeking bids from qualified plumbing contractors to provide ongoing plumbing services on a time and materials basis, as further detailed herein. Work will be assigned in accordance with C3. Specifications of Appendix A. No volume of work is guaranteed as a result of any award. Plumbing services are defined as installation, construction, replacement, service, repair, alteration, or modification of the pipes, fixtures, and other apparatus used to bring the water supply into a building and remove liquid and water-carried wastes from a building. Services may be required due to routine maintenance/improvements or in response to an unplanned event or emergency activation. Routine services will be compensated in accordance with Group 1. Unplanned and emergency activation services will be compensated in accordance with Groups 2 and 3, respectively.
