Sunflower Park Improvements - City Of Prescott Valley

The improvements consist of new playground equipment, expansion of the parking lot ,walking path improvements ,2 ramadas ,chain link fence and backstop replacement, electrical and irrigation upgrades, turf rehabilitation, solar lighting ,and infield rehabilitation. This project will improve an under utilized park transforming it into a refined, purposefully planned park. This project will be funded through ARPA funds. As of August 19, 2022, this project is included in the City of Prescott Valley FY 2022-2027 Budget CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
