Emergency Debris Removal and Monitoring

Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids to establish multiple contracts with qualified suppliers to provide Emergency Debris Removal and Monitoring as described in 2-Step IFB # 132 Emergency Debris Removal and Monitoring (Part 1) to all Commonwealth of Virginia agencies, institutions of higher education, or other public bodies (collectively Authorized Users) as defined in the Code of Virginia 2.2-1110, 2.2-1120, and 2.24301. The Commonwealth reserves the right to make multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The award(s) will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) meeting the requirements of the solicitation. The award(s) will be made per lot for each region. The Commonwealth also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest. Only those Bidders whos unpriced Technical Proposal submitted for 2-Step IFB #132 Emergency Debris Removal and Monitoring (Part 1) that have been determined acceptable, listed below in alphabetical order, are invited to submit Bid Pricing.
