MBWWTP Warehouse Improvements

1. The renovation and expansion of an existing 13,000 sq. ft warehouse to provide a total of 23,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and office space. 2. The expansion and improvement of three separate vehicle and delivery entrances into the MBWWTP facility including the provision of new security features. Bid Alternate 1 consists of: 1. The perimeter fencing improvements as illustrated on drawing C1.7. It is important to note that a portion of the perimeter fencing, and gate improvements will be the responsibility of the contractor selected by the City of Chattanooga to make Entry Control
