Replace Boardwalk Decking & Handrails-STRI

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The National Park Service, South Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a solicitation to replace the decking and handrails of a boardwalk within Stones River National Battlefield (STRI), a unit of the National Park Service (NPS), in Rutherford County, Murfreesboro, TN, on or about July 20, 2022. SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P5422R0031. This project will consist of removing approximately 1503 square feet of existing wooden decking and hand railing and replacing it with Recycled Plastic lumber A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided with the solicitation documents. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 237990. The small business standard is $39.5M. The cost range is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusions such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment. Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and incidentals necessary replace the decking and handrails of a boardwalk within Stones River National Battlefield (STRI), a unit of the National Park Service (NPS), in Rutherford County, Murfreesboro, TN.
