The City of Hartsville is pursuing a Qualifications Based selection process to secure the services of an experienced Design-Build Firm ("Firm") for the renovation of Piratesville Splash Pad located at Neptune Island Waterpark, 1109 Fourteenth Street, Hartsville, SC 29550 ("Project").
