Seal Coat Project

For furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the improvement of the roads in Sharon Township. This improvement is to consist of Seal Coat for 2.7miles of roadway (Hinesville Road from State Route 61 to State Route 39) Asphalt Emulsion CRS-2P applied at a rate of 0.41+- .02 gallon per square yard. Cover stone shall be #8 special limestone applied at the rate of 22 pounds per square yard. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent of the total bid to guarantee that if the bid is accepted a contract shall be entered into and the performance of said contract properly secured. Prevailing wage to be paid to all employees in accordance with Section 4115.034 ORC. Work to be completed by September 15, 2022 The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of Sharon Township.

Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
