Description

The Work for the Brandon Park Ballfield Reconstruction Project comprises the reconstruction of a Little League baseball and softball field including the placement 6" topsoil, seed, lime mulch, and fertilizer, new infield mix, scoreboards, fencing, dugouts, water drainage pipes, bases and baselines, batting cages, bullpens, relocation of existing bleachers, retaining wall, removal of two trees located at right field of the softball field, grade and seed all disturbed areas, and all appurtenances for a complete job in accordance with the Contract Documents. The estimated cost of the project is $571,971.08. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/25/2023 12:00 PM . Construction expected to begin early Spring, 2023 with final stabilization to be completed by Summer, 2023.
